Q: Why should I have a wedding planner/coordinator?
A: Enchanted Weddings can take a major amount of pressure & stress off of the couple’s shoulders! Even if a couple feels they can book vendors & secure most of the details, a day-of coordinator is a MUST HAVE! It’s good to have someone who isn’t a family member/friend that can organize the day of the wedding so the families don’t have to worry about a thing!
Q: Is a wedding planner worth the money?
A: I believe it is! Wedding planning can take hundreds of hours over the course of many months & a wedding planner can do the work for you. They make the relationships with vendors and then connect couples with vendors they think will be a good fit. And nothing beats having a coordinator to run the events on the day of the wedding! I personally wish I had hired a wedding planner for my own wedding so that my family & friends could have just relaxed and enjoyed the day.
Q: What would the first step be?
A: Make an appointment with me! We’ll discuss everything in detail before making a decision of whether or not we are a good fit for each other. Pricing, contract, schedule, etc. will all come after the couple decides.
Q: What form of payment do you accept? Can we do a payment plan?
A: Cash, check, or Venmo. A down payment will be required to hold the date. After that, we can create a plan to have the balance paid by the due date (14 days before event date).
Q: Do you plan destination weddings?
A: I haven't yet, but I would be happy to have a conversation about it. You might be my first! Shoot me a message in the contact section with your event date & we'll see what we can arrange.
Q: Would I have any control over the wedding if I booked your services?
A: Absolutely! I’m here to make the couple’s dream & vision come to life. This is YOUR day - not mine!!!
Q: Do you ever book more than one wedding per day?
A: No, you will have undivided attention & commitment if you book Enchanted Weddings. This is different from larger companies that take on multiple clients per weekend! I want to take care of one couple at a time!
Q: I'm pretty sure I can plan this wedding myself... why should I pay YOU SPECIFICALLY to do it for me?
A: I'm glad you asked! I truly believe most people can plan out some details and throw a wedding together... but I don't want you to stress about everything coming together in the end. Weddings are fragile, sentimental, and once-in-a-lifetime - I don't want you to look back and have the wedding-planning anxiety be what sticks out most promptly in your mind. The reason I believe you should choose me to help serve you on your wedding day is because I want to form a connection with my clients so they know that I am going to take care of them without a doubt.
